Our Story
The Higher Company was founded with a vision to transform the cannabis industry and promote its benefits to a wider audience. Our founding members are proud participants in New York’s Cannabis Adult-Use Retail Dispensary (CAURD) program. Having been previously convicted for cannabis-related offenses, they have turned their past experiences into a positive force for change. Their journey from adversity to advocacy is a testament to resilience and the transformative power of cannabis.

Yes, you can park directly across the street in our reserved parking slots free of charge. There is also additional parking under the bridge.

We accept cash, debit cards (processed as cashless ATM), Apple Pay, and Dutchie Pay (ACH).
Debit payments are rounded up to the nearest dollar, and the difference is returned in cash.
We have partnered with a compliant credit card solution for cannabis purchases.
An ATM is available in-store if you prefer to pay with cash.

24 grams of cannabis concentrate (including edibles and oil) at one time.
Yes, online orders require a $50 minimum purchase.
No. We verify your ID at pickup to ensure the order is released to the correct person.
Pre-ordering allows you to skip the line. Simply place your order through our website and choose your payment method. You can pay online using Dutchie Pay or pay in-store with cash, debit, or credit card.
Yes. Visit our website, browse products, add items to your cart, and select “Pick Up In-Store” at checkout. Your order will be prepared during regular business hours.
Due to regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for cannabis products. Our team is happy to help you choose the right product before purchase.
We currently do not offer delivery, but we are working on it.
In accordance with New York State regulations, we cannot provide discounts on cannabis products. However, we may offer promotions on non-cannabis items such as accessories, apparel, and educational materials.
